What VentureLens is
VentureLens is an AI-assisted research and analysis tool for startup evaluation, investment thesis drafting, market research, and portfolio tracking. It is a decision-support tool, not a licensed investment advisor, broker, or financial institution.
Not financial advice
Every analysis, score, thesis, or recommendation generated by VentureLens is produced by an AI model and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not, and must not be treated as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any investment or business decision you make. Always verify material facts and consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on anything generated here.
AI limitations
AI-generated content can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong. Where a feature uses live web search to ground its answer in real data, that is stated in the result; where it does not, treat figures as estimates, not verified facts.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Marketplace conduct
If you use the Network/marketplace to connect with other members, you agree to represent yourself and your company honestly, and not to use it to spam, harass, or misrepresent your identity or intentions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use automated tools to abuse or overload the service, attempt to access other users’ accounts or data, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Service “as is”
